1. I really like the taste of the almost & peanut butter, not too much on the coconut, I feel like it is too sweet.
2. I was a bit sad to notice that only the peanut butter had the black seed.

I have been taking it for one week now, one capsule a day to make sure no reactions. I noticed the pain in my forefinger and thumb joints have lessened. So CURE really works on inflammation!!
I highly recommend it for people who suffer from arthritis or any pain do to inflammation .
